We are so grateful to William and his fab team for their excellent work on our complicated roof.  Once the first slates were off and we inevitably discovered more rot than expected, William was great about explaining to us what options we had, and helping us come to a good decision for the future of our home.  Even though the job was ultimately bigger than expected, it was finished efficiently and with minimal disruption to the rest of the house and garden.  The team was on the job from 8:30 AM every day and powered through the work, and William was careful to make sure everything progressed according to the agreed plan and any changes or emergent details were clearly communicated, discussed and agreed. We had a bad leek in a small roof extension     that needed a complete replacement. William Long had a team on site at 9.00am and they did not stop until the roof was secure, watertight, and tidy. We had an issue with our roof and gutter. I gave William a call he came up gave a date and time to suit us, the guys came and got to work straight away. They worked away with brilliant knowledge of repairing our roof and gutter. We are extremely pleased with fantastic work and they cleaned  the tiles it's like a brand new roof perfectly done.
